Sea Aire Oceanfront Inn

We loved this cute quaint little oceanfront Inn! Nothing better than watching the sunshine right from your bedroom window. Just take a few steps, out the beautiful white gate and you’re at the beach… The room is very clean and quiet. Definitely recommend, we would stay again!!

A wonderful stay – made even better by the incredibly friendly and beautiful ladies at the front desk! My husband and I had a lovely time at this charming place right by the sea. The rooms are very nice and cozy, and if you’re lucky, you’ll often have a view of the water. There’s even the option to cook, which we really appreciated. The place is quite soundproof-light, so all guests should be a little considerate of one another. Thank you very much, and wishing you a happy 2026!

This wonderful little oceanside beach motel was a blessing to come across! Tara was such a kind and accommodating woman! Our family of 3 was in a bit of a pinch last minute and she made our last day of vacation the beach breeze we needed! I love the courtyard style of this place and the fact that it is literally a 1 minute walk to a shell decorated beach! There is a nice pressurized outdoor shower for after a long day of swimming and picnic tables everywhere. The grass gave us a shock too because it felt bouncy to walk on instead of prickly and my 8 year old is one harsh judge of walking surfaces! She loved it! There were so many activity pamphlets and a map of the whole village which is way too helpful! We'll be back the next time we're in cocoa beach! I knew we found the right spot when I saw an "I dream of Jeanie" news article hung on the wall. Thank you so much Tara <3 we appreciate you! She would have a 5/5 if we had rented a room instead of her time but I have no doubt the rooms are as pristine as the office!

We came off of a cruise and wanted to wait before traveling again. We arrived well before check in, and despite being early they gave us our parking pass and let us hang out while they got our room ready. The staff were absolutely amazing, the hospitality they showed us was wonderful. The room was beautiful and cozy. Beach access and not too bad of a walk for some attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location! Rooms are outdated and seriously need to be updated. But they are clean and comfy! Very quiet, in enjoyed relaxing on the swing at night (moonlight photo). I'll be staying at this location again.

I stayed at Sea Aire yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing! The room opened directly to the beach, and the ocean view was breathtaking — I could literally step out the door and feel the sea breeze right away. It was peaceful, clean, and the sound of the waves made it even more perfect. I’ve stayed at many places before, but this one truly stands out. If you want to relax and wake up to the sound of the ocean, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

A gem of a hotel. Perfect beachfront parking and access. Lovely check in staff, rustic, quiet, clean and safe. Perfect price, great value. Not fancy, just a relaxed beach vibe. Near all the best of Cocoa Beach. Would return again and again.

I loveeeeee this little Port Canaveral gem! On the beach, the rooms were so clean. Easy check-in and out. Best priced hotel on the beachfront. Only 7 Ocean front cabins, so make sure to request them. The hotel comes with all you need for the perfect beach day. The front counter staff was so nice to me. I love this place!!
